I got some guys working on this 24/7. :D

Let's say these rumors are coming from Spain...credible? maybe not so I don't want to get your hopes up and then get you guys all mad at me if it doesn't work out. :p

What I got for now is Milito for 16m € + an extra 2 if we make the CL. He wants JUVE!!!

I don't think you have a clue how much of an icon Buffon is and how Nedved is admired all over the world.
Are u serious? Even a blind drunk Inter fan could see how revered and celebrated Buffon and Nedved are on the global football landscape. I agree totally that they were both class signings and continue to prove their worth. however, the fundamental point that i was trying to make was that Cl aside...Real's motivation was to as always increase their presence on the commercial side of football. It has always been their MO to consider 'Commercial viability...and marketability' more than actual football skills (which as we all know ZiZou has a lot off) when they buy a player. Zidane was a very big name not only in Europe but also in the Asian Market...which is the most important in terms of revenues from shirt sales, tours, etc. As soon as they bought him, he was made the face of Madrid and their Asian tour that year if i remember correctly broke all kind of records. His replica shirts were the hottest thing around everywhere...they made a whole lot more than what they spent to get him in revenues so from a strictly business perspective...it was a great deal for them.

Add the great contributions he made on the field of play to the money and fans he brought into the club then u'll see just how good a deal this was for them

AMF they did the same with Figo and Beckham (who we all know was bought for all that money mainly to sell shirts :smoke: )

i will still not forgive him for the way didi was treated, nor the way trez and camo have been treated, nor the fact hes been aiding fiorentina and has been foolish about bojinov/mutu, alot of the transfers made are also down to bettega, i doubt we wud have the players we have bought so far if it wernt for bettega's help
