Relax, I wouldn't get worried about it until at least an Italian newspaper reports it. So far all we got to go on are Spanish newspapers and Tribalfootball :shifty:

I have few doubts that he's ours though ;)

21 Jun 2007

Saragozza, the club for which Gabriel Milito plays are asking for €25m for the player. Juventus are not willing to accept this condition, as they think that the amount is excessive.

This news broke out from AS, the same newspaper that reported this:

Milan have accused Spanish newspaper AS of faking a photograph of Kaka to prove that the player is keen on moving to Real Madrid.

Wednesday’s online edition showed a photograph of the Brazilian posing with the paper running the headline “Campeones de Liga”, referring to the Merengues’ Liga triumph.

“We have found on your online edition a reproduction of a picture showing our player Kaka with your paper, presumably an issue printed after June 18, 2007,” read a letter sent to AS by the Rossoneri outfit.

“However, the image is the result of a clear photomontage because that picture was taken at the Milanello training centre in mid-April...

Brilliant, that's so funny of you. Do I have to giggle? Ok.

I can counter with hundreds of articles claiming that Milito is a done deal..relax :D
We've been it serious talks with Zaragoza for him weeks ago, so you can find lots of old articles about that. Now, Real Madrid are chasing him already now, so you can find recent reports linking him to them. It's so confusing really.

    translate this Ahmed ;)

    Here you go, Mark.

"Nobody of the Real Madrid has spoken with me". Thus of forceful from Argentina was shown yesterday Eduardo Gamarnik, agent of Gaby Milito. In the head of the Marshal continues being the Juventus, with whom has a principle in agreement to dress that undershirt for five seasons and all aims at that that will be its final destiny, since the negotiations of the Zaragoza with the transalpine assembly also are very advanced. In fact, they can close in question during the day, because along the weekend, or at most Monday, is predicted a meeting among the parts to seal an agreement that would be coded in 20 million euro. For the time being, the Juventus proposes 16,5 million and other two more by objectives.

That yes, the interest of the Madrid in Gaby Milito is real. In the Zaragoza they know it and they receive it with satisfaction --is assured that has not arrived an offering of Madrid -- because that can serve to win a stronger negotiating position with the Juve. In every case, seems that the Madrid has arrived late and with the negotiation very advanced. Thus, save surprise, Gaby will be bianconero

I've alse heard that Zaragoza could sell Milito to Madrid only if Madrid match his release clause cuz they don't want to reinforce Spanish league team. Which there are no Madrid negotiations, and he will probably join us...
