We offer you in full the press release issued by the FIGC following the investigations into the false capital gains created in the last market sessions:
"The Federal Prosecutor, having completed the disciplinary investigation and examined the procedural documents, referred the clubs FC Juventus, UC Sampdoria, SSC Napoli, FC Pro Vercelli 1892, Genoa CFC, Parma before the National Federal Court - Disciplinary Section Calcio 1913, Pisa Sporting Club, Empoli FC, AC Chievo Verona, Novara Calcio, Delfino Pescara 1936 as their own responsibility, pursuant to art.31 paragraph 1 of the Sports Justice Code, for having accounted for capital gains and rights in the financial reports to the performances of the players for values exceeding those permitted by the accounting principles to an extent such as to significantly affect, for some of the aforementioned clubs, the federal requirements for the issue of the National License, thus also violating art.31 paragraph 2 of the Code of Sporting Justice The investigation on capital gains, which involves 61 people including managers and administrators, will become a sporting trial.
