An injured juve that packed its stuff, went to Munich and slammed the hosts 0-2, before subs had to be made, that was robbed from 0-3 and had only a silly mistake of the most experienced outfield player away from actually nailing it

If i see a team pull this and lose like that, i'd instantly respect them and root for them.

It was actually strange this week. Never get alot of comments on juve games in europe.

But just about everyone that knows i'm a juve fan has been in contact on such a shame it was juve wasent able to go trough.

Yeah, that's why his calculations don't make sense at all. You can't just add those numbers up and make a point.

Yes and no. Right now we're coping with it very well but things in football change really fast and that could become a problem. The less, the better and having no debt should be our goal tbh, quite high on the list.
It doesn't make sense at all? It's not perfect, but it's a ball park figure. I could spend a week putting together a financial model, but frankly for the purposes of a forum post I am not going to do that. Many of the inputs in the index would increase with a combination, increasing TV revenues, while other items would be decreased. The remainder of the calculation is a lot more accurate with consolidation probably creating more than the benefit of simply adding the revenues together. Also, a combination would do another important thing: the wage structures will suit a larger team, and unless the teams immediately adjust their wages and invest in players, any scale benefits directly accrue to the bottom line, which should free up balance sheet capacity to invest in stadium ownership. Also, having regional monopolies could encourage increased foreign investment.

depend how much revenue we will generate this year, and how much we get from CL.

but as first look, we lowered our dept last year and we will lower it this year i guess, as i remember vidal sell is counted this year also.

am not a specialist, i hope @Siamak can update us with some accurate figures :D

worse case we will lose quads and morata, we can spend minimum with buying berardi, saponara and adding lirola from primavira as RB then we can start with 4312-433 with minimum spending.
