Now I know this is a lot of BS but lets have fun with the thought. So either pay the debt, keep risking missing revenues from Champions League or invest in a better squad and get money from excited fans buying a lot of merchandise and revenues from Champions League.

Well obviously we want them to spend the money for transfers but if they are going to use that money to make certain loan deals permanent or purchase trash flops again id rather them keep that money in the bank. Honestly I do not have faith in our board right now to make important purchases especially given not many players want to come to Juventus right now. I dont tihnk Marotta is going anywhere but our first step to success to bring in those WC players is a WC coach because he'll demand it and know what he wants. Exactly why Del Neri doesnt know f*ck all about coaching WC players and even knowing what a WC player is if he sees one.
