Bank overdraft of 84m, not sure if that's financially sound or not. And can someone knowledgeable explain the player registration payable and receivable (both current and non-current) please. I know that we pay a lot in installments and receive in installments as well, but still those numbers especially receivable seem too high to me. Who did we sell other than the small amounts we got for Krasic and Elia?

Can someone explaine this:

Net financial debt: 149.6 million

Will this hurt us in a long run (UEFA financial fair-play and all...)?

True, but higher the debt and interest burden on net result is bigger, although financial fair play is all about net result and revenue.
You can actually have huge debt as long as you have big enough revenue that is increasing, so interest payed on debt is not much of an issue when calculating net result.

United have mega debt that would look like an absolute crippling amount but their insane revenue covers it. Our 150 odd isn't bad at all, nor is coming in at a loss this year. What matters is the very noticeable improvement in the financial result. Juve isn't a year-to-year club. Financial mass, improved figures, etc. all but guarantees investor credit in the short run anyway.

I'm actually totally right, its not my fault that pathetic fools cannot read properly

i said he calculated the increased 40 mil income, and made an annual prediction

so year, since we were in cl, offcourse our second quart is much higher, but he's thinking it means we make 11.2 mil profit at the end of the year, wich is not the case.

He was actually right indirectly, because we are projected to make a small loss for the overall year. Considering how badly things have gone; Calciopoli, our transfer spend and bailout, those figures are good.
AH, at least SOMEONE doesnt have SHIT for a brain and understood what i said

seriously, the rest of you can fuck yourself off in a goddamn burning pit in napoli.

Dont hold anything against him but he's been literally stalking people in transfer threads spewing the same BS repetitively ,behaving like he's the only one who knows all the shit about Juve's finances. That is why i was waiting for Juve's Swiss ramble article or actual reports like these before listening to his supposed expertise on this matter.Atleast next time dont be so overconfident on this matter with your prophecies and such only to get owned again later. :numnum:
Seems you spoke to soon. Dont worry, its usually the case for men filled wich cocks

Dear motherfuckers, read this thread

http://forum.juventuz.org/threads/38062-Board-of-Directors-approves-financial-statements

ANNUAL LOSS.

now lets see what i said

The board expected us to reach CL quarterfinals, and calculated improved merchandising, revenue, and all the cl bonusses up till that point
we came from 197 mil turnover with 34 mil loss.
we were projected to raise that to ~240 mil with ~8 mil loss in season 2012/2013
we were projected to further increase the turnover and break even in season 2013/2014

2012/2013 season when we end in quarters : 240mil turnover, 5-8mil loss.
OH LOOK, it says we will have an ANNUAL LOSS, it also said IMPROVED TURNOVER, comming from CHAMPIONSLEAUGUE MONEY, of wich we allready got about 40 MIL

Now, see how fucking right my shit is and go fuck your selves

Sorry for doubting you Zach
No problem, i was far to aggressive with my first post, but it was needed, else people would go telling everyone we are allready magically making profit and can buy all the suarez in the world.

I needed to set it straight and return them to reality

way to embarrass yourself again Zach :facepalm2:
I'm sorry, if you cannot see that what i said was correct and the guy from twitter wrongly interpretates the info released from juventus, then you are no smarter then the twitter guy and actually the only one embarrassing himself here.

Its okay, i'm here to make sure you fella's understand it, and avoid false hope.

I can tell you, false hope can ruin a life. it once nearly did for me. dont be that guy

Players registration rights refer to players we own. If you meant that. Receivables are the funds we are expected to gather from other parties. Payables are our financial obligations towards the other parties. Current means we will pay or receive something in this business year while non current means we will make or receive payments in the next couple of years. The numbers accumulated through the years as we pay and sell in installments.
For example if we sold player X for 15M in 3 years installments and player Y for 20M in 5 years installments. In this year we would have current receivables of 9 M and non current in amount of 26M.
This is from last year. You have an explanation on page 114.

And in general those positive results are heavily influenced with CL money. We would be pretty much in the same position without it. Marrota needs to sell or release some players next year in order to decrease wages as they are on a rise again and to gain some funds. We have to many squad players like Padoin, De Ceglie, Bendtner, Anelka... We don't need more than 2 players for each position. I don't see a point in having 5-6 forwards as they will eventually become unhappy with lack of playing time while taking 2-3M wages cumulatively. I would rather give chance to primavera players if necessary.
