Finally, tomorrow we will know which of the Fiorentina three, Giorgio Chiellini, Fabrizio Miccoli and Enzo Maresca will stay in Florence or move to Turin.

Moggi will meet his Fiorentina counter-part tomorrow in an effort to decide the futures of the respective three. They should've met last week on thursday(and later friday), but it never happened. I do not know why.

Earlier in the week sports.it wrote about the chances, of where the three players will be playing next season, being:

Miccoli = 60% Fiorentina - 40% Juve
Mareca= 70% Fiorentina - 30 % Juve
Chiellini= 10 % Fiorentina - 90% Juve

Today Moggi spoke about his intentions: " Chiellini will be brought back to Turin and Miccoli will be sold". He is still unclear about the Maresca situation though, it has't been decided yet. The co-ownership deal, will probably be lengthened with another year.

So your predictions?

    The Good, the Bad and the Ugly...
    Haha, that would've made for an even better thread title.
    Who is which though?

    not clear yet.

    I hope Chiellini can be the Good.
    I still don't know if Miccoli is more bad than ugly....

    I don't think Enzo Maresca is overrated, infact he's a great player.

    What Moggi said to sport.it (channel4.com published only a part of his interview)

    -----------

    On Vieira: "If Arsenal would want to sell we'd buy him. He is an undisputable champion who never gives up, and if the opportunity arose we'd like to get him."

    On Mancini: "We're interested, I won't deny that. But he costs too much, and at Juventus he would be on the bench at least initially. A problem is that Roma want's only cash while we can only offer players in return."

    On the Uruguayans: "Montero is leaving for Spain, while Olivera is close to a serieA team (Siena, ed.) even if his agent Paco Casal wants a Spanish team for him. Zalayeta? He has asked for a meeting. He loves Juventus, but suffers from not playing very often. I understand him, but it is difficult to let go a young man who never makes a fuss when sitting on the bench and scores when he's given the chance to play."

    On Cassano: "The player is interesting to us and stays with Roma, for the time being. But if on the 31. of August there's a spiral of change, if the giallorossi do not ask for 20 million euro, or if Cassano could wait another year... then..."

    On M&M, Chiellini and Mutu: "Our intention is to take Chiellini to Juve, renew the halfshare on Maresca (means he'll stay at Viola of course), and sell Miccoli to Fiorentina. Mutu? He's staying in Turin. He has recovered as a football player"

    On Trezeguet:"We've had a talk with Chelsea about Trezeguet, that is true. But we've told them that we do not sell our stars. Emerson, Trezeguet and Buffon are staying."

    ...and there are tid-bits with Mozart and Giannichedda also. The former saying that Juventus would be amazing, and that it could also offer him the chance of entering the NT again, and Giannichhedda talks about it being a dream come true having joined Juve, and about looking forward to the CL.

    What the fvck has Maresca done to be called a great player?
    With Juve: He was a Sub, but each time he gets into the Field, he moves our midfield and add depth into the Team, Not to mention the fantastic goals he scored with us.

    With Fiorentina: was one of the reasons Fiorentina remained in Serie A, Not to forget that he was mentioned atleast 4times player of the week, Did score and assist alot this year.

    Imo He's great.

    This can't be true. Miccoli more likely to return than Maresca?
