    he did, totally fluffed a sitter of a header. Overall very disappointing, so whats new. Turkey will be relishing the prospect of humiliating us on Wednesday.

    what do you all reckon to this idea for a lineup?
    A bit experimental and inexperienced, but the Gerrad/Scholes axis of evil must be broken up. All they do is hoof it upfield

    but england have crappy teams + turkey in their group

    Italy have a couple of OK teams, and wales who for some reason are good now! they shuold get second place at least though

    Italy have Yugoslavia in their group. and they didn't win them at home... so it's not impossible Italy will find themselves out!

    about England, crappy teams yes, but you did not win FYROM at home.

    on england, you are right, but we are comfortably second in our group, really comfortable..the crap teams won't get anywhere I can tell you!

    on Italy you are right about that, but I still reckon they can do enough to get second, as serbia/macedonia are pretty poor at the moment, Italia can take them out away and S&M will also lose points against others

    but imo we can fit gerard, scholes n a.cole on wing...

    Y dont sven play this formation?? we have so many top class cbs

    cole can't play left wing, neither can dyer. Barry has got a left foot and plays left wing every game for villa, so he'd kick ass there IMO

    Gerrard and scholes bore the hell out of me, I want some skill in my team, hence jenas, dyer and cole they can play good football unlike the lump brigade in the centre of sven's team!

    I agree on CB's..woody, ferdy, southgate, terry, ehiogu, all quality players..then the retard campbell of course who according to ITV commentators is one of the best centre backs in the world and the best in the epl..right... :D
