Looks like shit (or in other words to similar to Oblivion) to be honest. Nothing beats morrowind, best RPG of all times.

As much as I'm looking forward to this game, I hope I don't have the same experience with it as I did with Fallout NV. I've logged about a hundred hours in that game and I reckon I'm just about halfway through it. Can't stop myself from doing every minute sidequest, upgrading each weapon and talking to every NPC in the game.

I'd feel like I'm doing a game of Skyrim's quality an injustice if I don't get 100% completion, but it just takes so much time. Hopefully there's about the same amount of content as Fallout 3, and it takes around the same amount of time to complete it (80 hours for me) so that it doesn't become monotonous

Well obviously it's not gonna look much better (graphics wise) than Oblivion on a console. A computer it might.
It's not about the graphics it's a about the atmosphere. I liked Morrowind much better than Oblivion for its strange worlds. But sadly Oblivion was the bigger hit and every game from now on will look like Oblivion.

I liked the differing terrain of Morrowind but the world was far too static for my tastes.

It was too static because of how old the game is. Oblivion is a solid game, but everything looks the same and medieval like. Morrowind had it's own setting and story that can't be beat for my taste.
