No one did. I just imagine that someone who doesn't believe there is a God, nor a judgement day, wouldn't give a rats ass about others or about his actions as long as they are not condemend by the law or society. Afterall, why would he?

America and Israel are the two most non religious countries in the world. Unsurprisingly, they're the ones invading other countries with no right whatsoever.
