The biggest problem is these guys don't have a sex education (maybe i needed to explain my point there), and most of them comes from poor families. So, for the parents of these pregnant girl it's not weird that she is having a baby in that age; it's normal. Probably her mother was pregnant at that age and so on. At in the end, that becomes a circle. 16 years old boys can't be working and going to school at the same time, they can't take care of a new life; they barely can take care of their own.

About sexual education - sorry, but the catholic curch is to blame here, and got proofs if you ask for them - is zero in Chile. Some girls believes that it's their first time they are not getting pregnant. It does makes any sense?
