    for a regular win the winners get 3 points as always. if it's a draw then there are penalties. it's a special penalties, one on one with the keeper. the penatlies winners get 2 points and the losers get 1 point

    they aren't normal penalties. The player starts a certain distance away (30 metres or sth) and they have a set amount of time to score. They can run and then shoot up until that time has passed.

    and it's not easy at all. last year we won chelsea 2-0 in the penatlies... quite a low result for a penalty shootout

    Do you get ESPN where you are, Vinman, because they've been showing most of our pre-season games for the past couple seasons or so...
