Well, anyone who follows football, knows there has been a big scandal in Belgium over the past few months. It all evolves around a Chinese business man who goes by the name of Zheyun Ye. Teams and managers were bribed, so that people could bet on the right result.
I, for one, think it's a global problem. It still wouldn't surprise me to see something was wrong with WC 2002, albeit not a betting scandal. That doesn't take away that that tournament was fixed though.
As for the Belgian league, well, last weekend was yet another show of bizarre misses (the La Louvière one, Geof) and I'm simply not interested anymore.
