Last night he made his vote way too early(the first or the 2nd one to vote) and remained quite all evening although he was online.

I might be wrong again, but it could be a tactic he's using.

Edit: Also the day Osman was whacked, he was laughing I asked him what's so funny, he ignored my post. This is lame but still..

what if the D doesn't investigate on a day, and the Crooked Cop asks the narrator for the results? Does that mean the CC will now be able to ask for the results only 3 times more, or still 4?

No, that won't count as an investigation from the crooked cop. Only when the crooked cop gets a specific name it is counted as 1 of the 4 investigations he has.

They can only know what player was investigated. They would never know what the role is. And they shouldn't either actually.

The gangsters get the name AND the role.
