yeah so far i've seen fans/pundits blame stuart pearce' inability to actually coach a team and the good old "we didn't have the likes of phill jones and oxlade chamberlain"

when will they ever realise that the problem lies at the development at youth level where the ability to be more effective with the ball at feet is never taught, instead it is all about building up their physical attributes
