Anything can happen at this level, I watch a lot of youth football from schoolboy level to U21 and it is hilarious some of the things that go on and how games turn because of inexperience. I haven't seen much of this tournament though.HT England 0 - 0 France

Scotland in the last couple of years have been miles ahead of England when it has come to technique, but haven't had the physique to back it up and win.
Still, if Scotland are putting the emphasis on technique at that age and England are not, things are more likely to get better for Scotland in 5-10 years time.
