Well, I don't know what Msagga3a is to be honest. I heard about it but never tried it.
As for Bent Alsahn, the disturbing info is that it is a main plate, not a dessert. I was there last ramadan. Somebody took me to his house where he told me his wife prepared a great Bent AlSahn for me. When I went there, I waited for the meat, chicken or fish. I expected vegetables. But it was a big shock. It is like Hareeseh with honey. When he put it in front of me, he told me, help your self, Abed. I asked him where the spoon is. He laughed so much and told me to eat it by my hands. I said ok but it seems so hot. I'll wait until it cools abit. It was an attempt by me to delay the inevitable hoping that a grenade will hit the house or something to make it easier for me. I thought he was kidding with me saying that it was the main plate but unfortunately I was forced to look for a restaurant once I left his nice home that night.
