There's nothing I enjoy more than fans of a team that wants to buy a player telling the other team what is a "fair price" for their player.

If Atalanta dont want to sell him unless they get an offer that blows their dick off, they have every night to not sell him.
Are you an Inter fan in disguise? Because every single one of your posts here is anti-Juve.

you guys are being dramatic.

as you know i criticize guintoli for usless signings like the 4th goalie

but if he gets koop for the rumored 55m, thas a VERY good deal for one the best goal scoring AM in football.

to give you guys perspective. bruno frenandes was signed by manu for 80m in 2020. de bruyne cost man city 75m in 2015!

juventus is lucky that other top clubs either don't need a AM or don't play with one because if there was a bidding war he would easily go for 70m in todays pricing market.

if he signs for 55m that is a great deal and he would have been signed under fair market value

That's extremely selective and convenient in Juves perspective tho.

Chiesa hasn't done much besides ask for improved salary. For everything else it seems he has been professional, quiet and just trained.

If Koopmeiners did at Juve what he is doing in Atalanta right now, fight with his coach, refuse to train, outwardly say he must leave now, social media remove signs of being our player etc. Oh my God would this forum be in armaggeddon level melt down.

I know it fits us in this scenario, and Koopmeiners has the right to ask to leave. But before you praise him for it too much, imagine what you would done if he did this to Juve (and how Atalanta elevated his career), then you wouldn't be as quick to praise it. I understand it (clubs themselves are ruthless too), but I won't praise it.

I know first hand how it felt when Cristiano Ronaldo forced his way out and left like an ungrateful selfish dog to Man U. Or how Juve fans felt when De Ligt was adamant he wants to go to Bayern etc.
Well actually he did a lot.

Juve offered him a new contract months ago after evaluating his performance, and he asked for unreasonable increase. During his injury, the club supported him and were patient. After his recovery, his performance was inconsistent. He became greedy and demanded more than he deserved. He also stalled on renewing his contract, hoping to shine in the Euro and attract offers from other clubs, but his plan failed. Instead of repaying the club, he acted in a way that could harm his career. They even priced him at 15 mil, and no club is interested so far.

This is a cunty move by Koopmeiners. You're an Atalanta player until Juve are willing to meet their asking price to get a deal done. Be a professional.
Man ,your takes are cringe.

In the Chiesa thread you took his side advocating the club pay whatever Chiesa wants because Chiesa has all the power .

Now koopminers is a cunt because Atalanta promised he is is going to get sold in the summer and they don't seem to care about that promise.

It kinda looks like you like being a contrarian for the sake of it.

No I didnt. I said Chiesa has the right to stay and do whatever he wants. He can't be bullied out of the club and has leverage he can use that for some reason some fans on here cant' see. If Chiesa wants to use the threat of leaving for free next year as a way to get the best deal possible, he has every right to do that.

I also said Juve have the right to not pay him what he wants and try to sell him. But the idea that Juve can put him in the stands all season if he stays is laughable and stupid. If Chiesa wants to stay and ultimately chooses do, Juve have no choice but to accept that and play him --- unless they want to make their team worse out of principle.

There are 2 sides to every transfer negotiation or contract discussion. Again, I'm not a complete mark and only see it from the perspective of what's best for Juve. I objectively look at all sides.

I just dont believe that players should refuse to play for a club to force a deal, and I dont think a club should essentially kick a player out of the club to force a transfer. I look at top clubs all over Europe that are dealing with similar situations and they handle things completely differently (and the way I would).

It wouldn't be only out of principle. It also sends a message to the next guy who may want to try winding down his contract.

If he is out of the project then it ultimately means that if he doesn't find himself a club, he will sit on the stands for the reminder of the season. Ofc it's not the best choice for a club, but it can happen. For example, Milik or Rabiot cases went that way.

Maybe you mean we'll but tuzzers are starting to feel like you are not a Juve fan.
You seem to be advocating for anyone except the club which honestly looks bad however you put it.

And again, if Juve told Chiesa he's not in their plans and to find a new club, I'm good with that. And hopefully Chiesa can do that.

But it doesn't sound like clubs are beating down the door to sign him. If Chiesa chooses not to leave and play his final year at Juve, only a complete idiot, whether it be management, a coach, or fans, would rather Chiesa sit in the stands the entire season and collect a paycheck for nothing than have him play for the team.

Yes, it can happen. People on here love to make fun of the way a club PSG operates and does business, calling them soulless, and yet, want Juve to operate in a similar way to force players out of the club.

And it's not new. We've seen the club steal money owed to Ronaldo resulting in lawsuits, or fire Allegri with cause to avoid paying him what he's owed. So yeah, I dont exactly hold Juve in the highest regard for their tactics as of late. This is the new "Lo Stile Juve."

Well if you don't want to do the "send in the stands routine" ,you end up with leaches that doesn't seem to care when they are not wanted anymore and force their stay because they know that sooner or later they are admitted back in the team.

No. Again. I'm just not a complete mark.

Sorry for saying "Chiesa has the right to use his leverage to do what's best for him" or "Atalanta don't have to sell Koopmeiners unless Juve meet their asking price."

Boy are those controversial takes. Maybe I should be a complete mark like you.

"CHIESA SHOULD JUST SIGN WITH A WORSE CLUB FOR LESS MONEY OR TAKE A PAY CUT TO PROVE HIS LOVES JUVENTUS AND WANTS TO BE HERE!"

"ATALANTA ARE BEING OFFERED ENOUGH MONEY FOR KOOPMEINERS. THEY'RE BEING SELFISH AND SHOULD SELL HIM TO US FOR WHAT WE'RE OFFERING!"

I'd be embarrassed having the same thought process as a lot of people on here. i don't want to be part of the echo chamber.

Koopmeiners also has a right to agitate for a move to a bigger club after having been promised a move months ago

OMG I’m a complete mark for believing that clubs should honour their promises and not backstab players at the last minute.

At the end of the day, this is how modern football works. Players and agents have a lot more power than they used to have. You and I might not like it, but this is how the world works.
