Why not? He has scored 70 goals in the last 5 seasons. He's a threat and is a star performer in our league. Also a very balanced player who won't be a black hole on defense.

Atalanta’s system even made Scamacca look like a competent goalscoring ST tbh… but i agree that Koopmeiners showed enough to suggest that he won’t be a flop elsewhere, very important piece to add if you need goals from midfield, just hope we won’t overpay and find a reasonable agreement.

You are underestimating how bad this league is. Just look around. There's not a lot of quality. I can see us dominating most of the games with that midfield.

Koopmeiners as AM with two inside wingers behind Vlahovic. You can almost imagine seeing us creating 2x/3x more chances per game than previous teams.

I think and hope Loca will make a lot of people eat their words with a half decent midfield around him. He has been wasted with zero support in the buildup phase. We still need another ball playing CB 'though. Calafiori would've been perfect. Need someone else to fill that gap now.
