No, but it improves their starting eleven, to have Sanchez instead of Walcott, is clear step up in their quality for them, competes for best player in the club with Özil, so its an improvement. Now them having other priorities is another matter, which they can afford to address, more depth, in both CB and CM/DM selection, especially latter, hear they are after Khedira which would be real useful signing.

Which won't fix anything.
They have plenty more to spend if they want to but (given their recent history) it's not easy for Arsenal to convince top players that Arsenal are capable of winning in the near future. By spending big they maybe trying to show that they are a big club and capable of attracting the best players.

Their width options are pretty mediocre.Santi is slow outwide,Podolski is average and Walcott went out through a long term injury recently.A player like Sanchez who would provide genuine width would help i suppose.Oezil would enjoy playing alongside him.

Also i just read they're after Khedira as well.

They have money to sort out their other issues.

If they got the money, it's a great purchase, but they lack quality in defense and the striker department.
Its never been about lack of money with them, but Wenger being deluded in thinking what he has is enough. IMO whats more urgent is to have a true DM or box to box tough player as starter, besides having a backup CB since Vermaelen is going. Now Striker is another matter, main thing to elevate them after DM/CM issue, but I didnt even mention that because quite clearly, Wenger doesnt deem it an issue at all, its Giroud all the way baby...

Good signing for Arsenal, they'll probably get a bender or khedira too along with Debuchy and Remy

Looks like Wengers tired of 4th and about time, hes lucky to still be in a job imo.
If you seriously believe that Debuchy and Remy are going to push Arsenal to the top, then you're fucking delusional. Sanchez is the only class signing.

Debuchy is improvement over Sagna, same story with Remy cause he is better poacher than Giroud, and i guess that Cazorla will move to Atl Madrid anytime soon because of Sanchez's arrival

If he moves, they're back to the starting point.
