Currently Im downloading songs from Ministry of Sound - the 2005 annual disc - one of em is Olav Basoski's "Waterman"; which is really good.

Problem with the annual is that 80% of the tracks on there are commercial euro-trance tat you hear on the pop charts, or R&B/pop tracks with a cheesy dance remix.

There are always some quality tunes on there, you just have to trawl through the drivel to find them.

Took me ages to find a tracklist of just 8 songs in a trance mix but got my fave two of all time in there plus my favourite mix-ending song airwave. Mixing gets a bit iffy towards the end cos peran was being a pain in the arse to beatmatch

but otherwise it should be ok

Tom im considering quitting this mixing malarky, your mixing is way better than mine!

Greg, have you made any Progressive or Psy mixes?

Definitely not psy, not sure about progressive, look at my tracklistings to see. I'm not too sure when it comes to specific genres. A lot of people have told me that paul van dyk's sets are progressive but i allways thought of them as just trance. When one speaks of progressive do you think of a set that 'progresses' into something, for example the set starts off quite mellow and perhaps dark, then gradually by the end its what i call 'euphoric, uplifting, melodic' trance?
