This weekend's match against Parma showed that we have a lot of shakiness in taking well to this rotation formula. But it's early in the season and we won the three points in the end by falling back more on "old habits" (and good ones at that). The key will be fielding a squad like the one we started with and having them lead a team like Parma, without needing a bit of a bail out.
This is why I opened this thread, of course I´m not expecting eleven players to play through 46 games a year, but is every player in our team juve material? there are some positions we can not really aford to rotate cause there is a huge gap between the starting players skills and his sub.
Like it has been said in several threads, there are some positions we need to make stronger, but you´re right...it´s still early.

IMO I don't really think that Gianni is that bad, most probably due to lack of game confidence. I would give him more chances.

me too, i would give him more chances.

I think we dont have the same brand of player on the bench as in the starting eleven, but i think we have a very very good cover in almost every position.

Lets see for the positions on the field:

GK: i would call abbiati as a cover for gigi, well i think he is better than Chimenti.

CB:we have kovac as a very good cover for both CBs and we have gladstone, but i dont know anything about him.We also can use chiellini in that position. He was playing there when first got him two years ago.Giannii was used there in lazio and he did well.
So there we have very adequate cover.

Full Backs:Blasi was just converted into a decent RB with almost no mistakes and one assist, so he looks ok for there. We could also use Balzaretti who looked good against empoli in that one game he played.Or we could use the vetern Pessoto for more experience. However Capello is obviously waiting for zebina to be fit again to play in that RB position. For LB we have lesser options with on cheillini to cover zambro's place and also pessoto can cover there.

Center Midfield: we have a very strong partnership in the middle of the park, ppl say its the best in the world. but again i think we have a good cover. gianni played in the maches he got a chance in. blasi played well last season in that position so we r alrite. also olivera can play there ,but his abilities r more offensive than defensive.Even pessoto played there last season in the liverpool game.

Wingers: neddy, mutu, camo, olivera, even alex can play there.

i wont even talk about the forwards..

so basically i think on paper we have more than good enough cover in every position, so the rotation system can work well.however the on field performances could not be up to standard and that is a fact. But which players would dissappoint? i dont know
