There's this editor bundled with FM2005.. it's really simple, and it's pretty much straightforward..

the graphics however are a bit more complex, and require a bit of XML knowledge.. (I know enough for FM )

It's a different program.. Usually it's in the start menu with the FM2005 game.. It's called simply "Editor".
