Tassista dell'Espanyol lascia a piedi Zambrotta
13 08 2006

Evidentemente, a Barcellona è derby tutto l'anno.

_______________________________

Zambrotta got lost with Thuram at the airport when they got back from the US tour and had to call a cab. The second he got in the taxi the driver, fan of Espanyol(other Barcelona team), recognized him and told him he won't drive Barcelona players and refused to take him.

 :D

That's brilliant. I saw Lilian "The Merc" Thuram and Zambrotta play at Giants Stadium yesterday, and wanted to see if we could find them after the match. Unfortunately we were unable to meet them, however it's still fun to call Thuram a mercenary amongst 80,000 other people.

Still it would've been more fitting if it were a Juve fan instead of an Espanyol one, though personally I'd still be honoured at the opportunity to drive these two around.

WTF is with this Thuram mercenary stuff? FFS, he's done the best he could for the club while he was here. Why not call Zambrotta a mercenary or Cannavaro?

Fact is, we begged Barcelona to take him. Perhaps he would have stayed if we asked him, but it was the club who decided they didnt want him anymore.

Get off his case. He's a great player and a great man who did the best he could for the club and led by example for a number of years, and should be thanked and congratulated for it.

If he's a mercenary than so is Canna or Zambro.

i would have jumped out of the car locked it and pushed it down a large gorge or ditch

still think he shuda driven them back to turin, throwing thuram out at the alps and drive zambo onto juve, where a hired hypnotised will hypnotise him into thinking that he's still a juve player

no thuram was quick to decide on his future, and there was no way were were gona get big lil on his own thats why we added thuram to the zambo deal as an extra incentive.
