That would be a smart political move: pull out of Iraq under the banner of defeat. Doubt it would have a lasting impression though.

Still, in a country where news channels claim the Asian Tsunami was caused by the States, anything is credible I guess.

But just pay attention to the fact that the Americans won't pull out before the Iraqi government has a certain foundation to stand on. And if they do so by then under the banner of defeat, you know it's all just a political flag.

Why not? I just want that war to end or at least for all our allies to get the fuck out of that mess now that we've also pulled out. Whichever way it ends it - just as long as there's hope for peace.

Whatever. They got themselves in that mess because of some political gain that is yet to fully manifest...

Let them stew... and suffer the consequences:D

Taking the Troops back would be Huge Loose to the USA, Just like the Vietnam one.

I would be happy to see the army and the troops going back home, But after they complete their mission , and which is "Changing Dictatorship regime into Democratic regim" Not to forget that they should FINISH on these "Terrorist", They are a complete danger on the World.

God we REALLY need the water fuel cell revolution to pick up already. That fucking oil is no good.
You can say that again. It's the cause of 90% of the problems in Nigeria!

Erik, you don't think It's the oil thing that keeps them there, do you?
Huh? No. What I'm saying is that if the West didn't need oil anymore, life would be a lot easier for us. We could kinda turn more to each other disregarding the rest of the world.

    Well apart from China.

And like cxta said, oil is the cause of MANY conflicts.

Actually, I'am inlove with the "American Policy".
It is strange how you are in love with the American Policy although you are lebanese while more than 50 % of Americans want their troops to go home:confused:

I know that the American People are asking the Gov, to take the Troops back home, But lets face it, It's a War, like it or not, they HAVE to complete their mission untill it's over.

I have my Uncle living there, and his Son(My cousin) was sent on a mission. We all hope to see him back safe, but there is a Mission he was sent on, and he has to complete it.

I'am Lebanese Origin, American Citizen, and I support Bush, Simply because he's doing the right thing right now.

I would never give my life for something as dumb as a country. Not even sure I'd be willing to die for freedom, considering how relative that's become over the past decade.
