it's porbably fabricated story Tony ,and we just heard the story from one side,but one thing I don't understand why all these hate??it's not your (any memeber's) money,we don't know what happened,why she did that,what he did.so I just don't care :dontcare:

    I don't entirely believe this story. Not showing up in court doesn't automaticly mean that you will lose the case, only that you (or actually your lawyer) don't have the oppurtunity to convince the judge of your arguments.

    what areguments do you need to pertain some of your pension ?
