I dont agree with the kill the bitch comments, i think theyre over the top.

I do however think its disgusting to take the pension of a man(all of it) she lived with for seventeen years forcing him to take a tough job to be able to survive.
So, lets say he cheated on her, it doesnt give her the right to steal all his money.

I don't entirely believe this story. Not showing up in court doesn't automaticly mean that you will lose the case, only that you (or actually your lawyer) don't have the oppurtunity to convince the judge of your arguments.
