Sissoko already fit in greatly and probably can't fit in better because he can't pass the ball, Molinaro will always be garbage so it doesn't matter, Mellberg is new but hopefully he can fit in.

imo a lot of our success will be dependent on how fast Melberg fits in. Last year we saw many individual mistakes at the back that cost us cheap goals.
Another factor is the RB. It looks like Zebina is the first choice and if he can get his defensive game back to the expected level then we will go a long way. I just hope he keeps fit and doesn't get injured as much as he did last year.

tactically that wouldn't work. Left side is way too week. Nedved is not a winger..he naturally (and he needs to) cut inward. that forces chiellini to run up that wing leaving the back too vulnerable, even if you put a third CB in at question mark spot. You truly need two wingers and 3 strong CB to pull off the 3-5-2. We don't have either category covered.
but he can play as an AMC, it even fits him if u want him to build our game.

3-5-2 can work, but you need to use wing backs as the wide players, otherwise you would be horribly exposed down the flanks.
