I take it you are deciding Allegri's Juve is exactly the same as Conte's Juve, then?

There hasn't been enough evidence of what you are claiming under Allegri to try and draw a reasonable conclusion.

Its not the same in certain things, but we are using the same old system.. so is not too far from the truth that is pretty similar, hence what i said.
We are attacking more, some players are having free roles, and all that is good, but i feel that when things matter, we are carrying the same issues we had last year.

In essence, our 352 is not much away from its roots. Thats what i want to mean.
Thats ok if we are going against packed dfeenses in serie A... but we need not to only soak pressure and score by sheer will...but also to create and impose our game. Its not all about possesion if we cant score

Unlike last season, this time we have new personel to try things and be more eager to impose our game...instead of continue relying to soak up pressure with our shaky defense and hoping for Lichteiner to put a cross in llorentes head which is not always possible.

I like the 3-5-2 but I think it needs more offensive creativity from the wingbacks, especially since we're playing without an offensive midfielder in the middle. I hope we can splash some good money on Cuadrado next summer.

Cuadrado would be a hell of a player in our 352. Lichteiner is not bad, not bad at all.. but he is a RB forced into a wingback, he is not naturally an offensive player, he is a workhorse (a hella good one, but..)

I'm totally with Hydde. You can only change some many things in this formation tactically.if we intend on playing a wing based game then 3-5-2 should not be the formation

Cuadrado is not a wing-back.

He is an attacking player who has been deployed there on occasion.

But people who watch Fiorentina will know that they have moved away from using him as a wing-back.

Cuadrado has spend far more time playing as a winger or a forward in the last year.

People arguing for the signing of Cuadrado should really be arguing for Juve to change to 4-3-3 with Cuadrado on the right wing.

We cant take the play to our enemies. Roma looked by patches way more dangerous than us.

We have players that could possibly offer us other options in attack but for that we need to tweak or change our 352. I think you will agree with me that TOO MANY of our plays go thru lichteiner and this just cannot be. He is not a technical attacker..he is a defender.

We waste so much time and possesion.

We look absolutely tame the majority of the time we attack. So static, a lot of the time there's no movement and so we just pass side to side. Something needs to change here once we get the defenders back, which will hopefully be very soon.

Really? it's purely a coach's decision, and 6 out 6 is reason enough to keep it for now.

I do agree though the patches your talking about is probably the lack of Barzagli and Vidal during the game, and Llorente wasn't doing shit but taking jogs. I was relieved when Morata came in. I remember awhile back Suns was saying something about we shouldn't depend on our FB as wingers for Licht and Caceres at the time. Guess we haven't fully used wingers into the system yet. Too bad Pepe has injury spells and Giovinco is still on the never ending chase of proving himself and Berardi could be a great option as well. For the possession in this particular game is no surprise to me giving the high pressure from Roma and the intensity of the match, the ball was never going to settle in one spot too long; if we were struggling with possession with the likes of Chievo I'll be worried.

I don't know Italian presidents are wicked, take Berlusconi for example he always chooses the formation not the coach.
