I am not in the least interested in starting yet another debate about ReBeL's antics. He's a decent guy who sometimes goes overboard.
I am asking because I haven't seen RebeL say anything outrageous. As you say, he is a decent guy. He is passionate about his views and I can only respect him for that. He is by no means an ISIS sympathizer even if he thinks the government is worse than ISIS.

Anyways, here's something interesting:

U.S. delivers 50 tons of ammunition to Syria rebel groups

Proxy wars FTW.

Waiting for the moment where a Russian bomber is shot down using US merch.

Perhaps the toaster from Fallout will get its will. :nomnom:

Oh brother :p

I think this is all act though, some deal has been struck between Putin and Obama in regards to Assad.
You think? Personally I think they are too different too strike a deal. Assad in Syria give Russia a huge advantage in the area. It would take a lot for them to accept his removal, no?

Ideally what should be done is Russia and US helping the Syrian government out in defeating ISIS, then sending Assad in exile.

Assad promised reforms and elections when it began. You can bet your ass that he didn't do that without Russian pressure.

The Russians aren't too hung up on Assad, he's just - as most of us agree by now - the least shitty alternative in Syria at the moment. If the US were not pushing brinkmanship so hard, Syria would be a different place right now.

Only a delusional can even doubt Assad's regime cruelty. This regime isn't only build on terror it doesn't practice anything else but terror.

I hope that we can all agree that he's nothing more than the least shitty alternative.

No one is happy with Assad, not at this point. The others are so much worse that its quite comical to see russia and the us come together to keep him in place. Washington shit the bed badly with Syria.

Assad will be near natural retirement by the time it will make sense to endorse any of the immaterial rights again.
