It seems the criminal has got the green light from Russia to do whatever he wants.

Russia is giving him a safety net. Do whatever you want, and we'll veto anything that comes against you in the security council. But the excessive force the regime is using in the past few days are signs of desperation imo.

yes, they are so desperate. Seeing their Irani mercenaries caught by freedom fighters like flies made them feel so angry and looking for revenge.

AlArabia TV says the death toll now is 138

Russia and China proved again now that they don't care about anything other than their deals with the current regime.

They always killed their people when they needed to do so, so they don't see anything wrong with what the Syrian regime is doing now.

They say they wouldn't support a regime change in Syria. In Libya's case, they expected military intervention to be taken only to protect the civilians not to support the rebels and they fear same thing happens in Syria to help the armed groups. They call it "taking sides in a civil war".

I don't think they care about their deals with Syria, what deals? Their main concern is imo that the next Syrian regime (if its takeover of power came after a foreign armed action) would make Syria, which is a strategic area in the middle east, very close to the Western countries and the US in particular.

You know that there are very strong economic relations between the Syrian and the Russian regimes. You can read about the last weapons deal which took place weeks ago.
