As for the president speech, it was a complete disappointment.. I am not talking about the clowns in the congress (is that the name in English?), that's happening for ages, nothing new, they are no different than the chairs and tables in the room, they are part of the decoration.
My and many others' disappointment was his repetitive sarcasm and the laughs. He should have respected the deaths, and they should at least have a minute of silence in there, forget that, at least he could stop laughing or should have give his condolences to the families..
Apart from that, he should have talked about the changes, the two most important ones, emergency law and rights to have other parties (it's sad this is being discussed btw). He should have mention it, and give a specific date to make it happen. He should have give more details and talk more about it. I am afraid he is not taking the situation any seriously, Buseyna Shaaban's speech was more promising, I wish he didn't appear and speak, cause after listening him, everything is ruined and worrying more now.
He had a huge chance of staying in the lead, if he had picked a better words, I think he is being advised very badly, as it seems he doesn't have the experience to handle these crisis. It's sad, really sad, he has to do something very fast, otherwise the country will turn to a chaos, and civil war might be the end.
I understand thou he wants to give a strong image to the media, he doesn't want to panic and do everything is asked bu the opposition, but the two case I mentioned was a must and wouldn't show any sign of weakness, it would have shown good signs of communication with everyone, instead he declared war (I can't believe he mentioned that word
) against the opposition, internal or external.
Tomorrow will be the most important day I think, we will see where the country will go, and I am not optimist at all..
