Yes. I hate this bullshit as it does not focus on particular regions enough. IMO life in Antwerpen can be tough for immigrants, whereas it's easier in other parts of Belgium. I'd be surprised if I could settle everywhere in Sweden.

not this year , i went just to see things and hopefully next year i will go and live there.
do they help in sweden in finding jobs ??
do they give payments to families with kids like australia?

same thing in australia , but the bad thing if i live there is to walk up at 4AM to see football matches.

The criteria are a bit arbitrary. To be really correct they should look at the effect of such laws.

Like work rate of immigrants, their knowledge of the language, ghetto-isation level, participation in cultural life, ...
