For Saturday evening’s contest at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, Antonio Conte will not be able to call on the services of Federico Peluso or Claudio Marchisio. Both were booked in last weekend's 2-0 victory over Fiorentina, which triggered suspensions for exceeding the permitted quota of yellow cards.
However, there is good news for Juve as Conte returns to the sidelines after serving his two match ban. The coach also sees his defensive ranks bolstered by the availability of Bonucci, who has also completed a two match suspension.
The Bianconeri also have four members of the squad just one caution away from suspension. Barzagli, Chiellini, De Ceglie and Vidal will be walking the tightrope next time they take to the field.
However, Roma will be unhampered by such issues, and so Aurelio Andreazzoli has a full complement of players to choose from.
