The Osimhen release clause doesn't apply to us. The only chance we would have is if he wants to join us and threatens to let his contract run out. Tonali has been a better performer for the Toon, not sure why they would want to give him away unless they're stupid enough to like David Luiz.

Overpaying for Lookman seems way more reasonable than either of those two.

Juventus will move into phase two of the project in the summer, with Victor Osimhen and Sandro Tonali two main objectives for Giuntoli.

Italian papers selling dreams. Once we fail to qualify for CL, we will be reduced to buying them on FIFA.

Mossad (and Junktoli) fucked up this season royally. Another €200M loss incoming.

Osimhen is as realistic as Haaland is but Tonali is not that farfetched. If we make it to the CL that is ofc.

okay, i'll try to point out once again the tuz hypocrisy on tonali. how come that fagioli was labeled a weak ass pussy for gambling, yet some of you still want tonali? tonali doesn't have a weak personality?

or can we finally put the gambling aspect aside, and tell that tonali is just simply the better player, regardless of having the same addiction?

btw i'd have my reservations with him too. once an addict, always an addict, that's how it works. that doesn't change the fact that he'd probably be worth the gamble

Osimhen is more realistic than that. I mean in terms of cost I dont think we should do it but if we want to we can.
Tonali is a good player and an upgrade over Locatelli but its not like we get Pirlo... He is a good player who will be a slight upgrade over a position that we shouldnt really waste time on.
Koop - Either he makes it work or we are in the same position (missing the guy to link, assist and score). AMC
Bremer will be back but we know that without him our defense suck. CB
Savona - We got a Portuguese who we dont even try so is he even at a reasonable level? If he doesnt get a proper chance - RB is needed
Cambiasso - Honestly he isnt a dream LB - He has his pros but also his cons. possible subs are Kalulu and Cabal. LB is needed

So lets say we splash 60M for Tonali and Newcastle for some reason accept it. We practically waste it instead of fixing the AMC, CB, RB and LB positions who are in more need to be strengthen.

Ok, but who are we gonna get? Like, who's the 6th and 7th choice?
Probably some Larry and Mo

Very interesting point, sir.

I would suspect the experts here have solid logic on this. Maybe Tonali is a much better gambler than Fagioli. Anybody have their bets and earnings so we could decide?

Osimhen clause doesnt apply? Who said that and even if its true - Napoli dont use him and dont intent on using him - They should accept any bid that they see as reasonable.
75M should do it IMO - Still Im not that keen on him even if should it work, we would be getting a monster.

It can only be triggered outside of Italy IIRC.

Who introduced the other to betting?

It's not even the cost, it's De Laurentiis...

Tonali would only be the Douglas Luiz replacement who's being linked with half the Premier League. Koop & Loca aren't going anywhere if I had to guess.

That leaves the budget intact with Vlaho & Cambiaso on the way out in all likelihood. That's possibly 100m right there.
