What position do we need more badly? A left attacker or a left back?
We need both.
But even if they are mostly mediocre to bad, we have 4 players who can play LB, someone has to leave for new LB to join.
But we plan on playing 433 and dont have a single player, really not a single player, who can play LW. If Chiesa is healthy in few months he can play there, or move him right and Di Maria left. But until then Di Maria has to play RW. And who will play LW? There's zero candidates.
I dont want to start the season forcing Keans lead feet to do the job at LW.
At very least sign Zaniolo so we can afford to rotate Di Maria left.
As is we wanna play 433, 3 attacking roles, but only Vlahovic, Di Maria, Kean healthy to rotate there now, an extra option Cuad if he is not starting as RB.
Di Maria alone can't replace Dybala, Bernaturdski and Morata.
