Ok so my initial worries are:

1) So far we have a lot of players who have left and no-one has officially arrived. Chiellini, Morata, Berna, Dybala. Pogba, and Di Maria are not official yet and I have seen no evidence of imminent medicals.
2) Management has said that De Ligt wants to leave which I fear puts us in a difficult negotiating position. Meanwhile the only quality CB we are linked to is Koulibally who is in strong demand and the selling club would have a clear preference to sell him to a foreign club rather than a direct competitor.
3) Inter have already made solid moves and reacquired Lukaku.
1. There are multiple rumours about medicals for Pogba, Di Maria and even Cambiaso in the upcoming 10 days. We're July 2nd, so our mercato is about to kick off. We always tend to wait with presenting players 'till July.
2. Gabriel, Badiashile, Koulibaly, Bremer, Akanji. How many links do you want?
3. Who cares about Onana who couldn't catch a fly last season, wasted Mkhytarian or failed Lukaku. They might be doing well but we should only look at ourselves. If juve are juve, we're the team to beat and not anyone else.

Last year the team was poor. Allegri has never been an "entertaining" coach or an aggressive attacking one. However, in the previous Allegri era we would normally have closer to 50% of possession and create more chances than we conceded against almost all teams except perhaps the very best in Europe. Last season, we frequently won even though having fewer shots on target and less possession. I seldom remember any match where we truly controlled the game. Games like the one against Milan was telling in that we didn't have a single shot on goal - when was the last time you remember any Juve side not having at least a shot on goal against Milan?

Also we suffered a lot of injuries last year and many of the new players mooted to come in are not exactly known for being injury free (Pogba and Zaniolo being good examples)

So big changes need to be made and I fear that more players have left and that could put us in a desperate situation if we leave it too late in the window. They need to get cracking.
Pogba and Di Maria will sign, we don’t have to doubt it at this point.

I don’t think that we’ll sign a Chiellini replacement as in a big name with experience but rather give Gatti a chance.

For me it seems that we’re doing quite good. We normalized the salaries of Perin and De Sciglio, created a lot of space with Berna and Dybala leaving. Some actions as selling Pellegrini and buying Cambiaso for less creates space.

The targets that we’re after are all quality players. Koulibaly, Zaniolo, Di Maria and Pogba are serious upgrades. And we’re likely to sell De Ligt for a lot more than we’ll have to pay for Koulibaly. Zaniolo on a loan construction is great aswel.

It seems that our actions are in line with a good strategy and the squad seems to improve both in quality as in sustainability.

And hopefully we’ll enjoy a better staff. The medical staff was horrible and has been replaced aswel of course. My confidence is growing by the day. Mercato now officially started

Hope he ends up playing for our U23 team in Serie C one day.

Such a pathetic interview, was at the stadium and broke in tears because of what? Inter were nowhere near to actually win the league, if Juve didn’t win that one it would’ve been Napoli’s.

Typical merda, doesn’t matter how much of a shit team they are the only thing that matters to them is that somehow Juve doesn’t win either..

50mill for a guy who had 2 acl on both legs? No! Not even for a club with a loth of money... We are spending money on a player we had (dybala) and Actually dont need. We wouldnt be even thinking of him if he wouldnt be italian. Pogba, zaniolo, di maria are perfect candidates for jmedicals. Looks like doctors are the one behind all this transfers..
I also don't fancy this move.
We are on tight budget. But if we spend 50m for Zaniolo, it such a waste. We said we don't want even Pulisic as a part of De Ligt deal as he is injury prone. Yet he played more than Zaniolo (ACL) in last 3 seasons and his injury was only ankle last year. Pulisic even more productive in terms of goal and assist. If we want another winger i expect it would be Kostic. Zaniolo only realistic if we can include Arthur in the deal

Don't think I want another Brazilian who will treat Serie A as a retiret home.
Let's be real. No one would leave Liverpool with a serious role as a squad player (think of all that they're competing for) to join us as a 'retirement' option.

If Bobby would join us it would be to play a role so that he could be considered for the upcoming WC and be a starter.

VS guru: Roma wants Cuadrado
I would be very sad to lose Juan, one of the most clutch players we've had but if that's the price then so be it.

He fell off a lot already this season and I think there were hurt feelings on both sides when he didn't want to reduce his salary and sign a 2 year contract and instead just waited for the automatic one year to kick in. I don't see him extending so I would make my peace with this.

Then a swap De Ligt-Pulisic plus money makes sense too. Chiesa-Pulisic on the left, Di Maria and Zaniolo on the right. Best collection of pure wingers we've had in how long? Since Nedved and Camo?
