Ok so my initial worries are:
1) So far we have a lot of players who have left and no-one has officially arrived. Chiellini, Morata, Berna, Dybala. Pogba, and Di Maria are not official yet and I have seen no evidence of imminent medicals.
2) Management has said that De Ligt wants to leave which I fear puts us in a difficult negotiating position. Meanwhile the only quality CB we are linked to is Koulibally who is in strong demand and the selling club would have a clear preference to sell him to a foreign club rather than a direct competitor.
3) Inter have already made solid moves and reacquired Lukaku.
Last year the team was poor. Allegri has never been an "entertaining" coach or an aggressive attacking one. However, in the previous Allegri era we would normally have closer to 50% of possession and create more chances than we conceded against almost all teams except perhaps the very best in Europe. Last season, we frequently won even though having fewer shots on target and less possession. I seldom remember any match where we truly controlled the game. Games like the one against Milan was telling in that we didn't have a single shot on goal - when was the last time you remember any Juve side not having at least a shot on goal against Milan?
Also we suffered a lot of injuries last year and many of the new players mooted to come in are not exactly known for being injury free (Pogba and Zaniolo being good examples)
So big changes need to be made and I fear that more players have left and that could put us in a desperate situation if we leave it too late in the window. They need to get cracking.
