Regardless of position, how can we justify, on a very tight budget, buying a player who hasn't accomplished anything and had 2 acl tears?
Hasn't accomplished anything?

Budget is probably one the reasons we'd rather get a Zaniolo than an Anthony... Roma's asking fee will be lower just because of the ACL injuries and we might just get a postponed payment in Italy.

Pedulla:
Angel Di Maria has completely reopened at Juve . And there are growing chances of closing the deal this time after an endless soap opera. Yesterday's admissions from Fideo had been accompanied by a veil of mystery. In reality, here is the most important step, the Argentine winger expiring his contract with Paris Saint-Germain has understood that waiting for Barcelona would mean running the risk of losing an important bus called Juve. This is why the discussion is back in the thick of things, this time with the concrete possibility of closing. A year at 7 million, we work on bonuses, we will see if there will be an option or not, but these are details. Juve will continue to work for Zaniolowho in Allegri's ideas can also be a mezzala, doesn't give up Kostic and appreciates Paredes for the midfield. But these are other speeches, which also include releases. Meanwhile, the desire is to quickly close for Di Maria.
Damn Di Maria, Zaniolo AND Kostic? Would be a very nice set of signings.

Zaniolo as a B2B midfield intrigues me. Pretty sure he started in that position in inter youth teams.

My thinking is Di Maria postpones Zaniolo signing for one year but let's see. Also so many lefties in our attack - Di Maria, Vlahovic, probably Kostic and rumoured Zaniolo. Only Chiesa is right footed.

Doesn’t matter mate, Di Maria is natural RW same as Zaniolo. Kostic is the only LW

I think Allegri would play Zaniolo in midfield. Pedulla seems to think the same. At the very least his versatility is valuable, as long as he stays fit.

Then I'll say it again he hasn't accomplished anything, playing a trofeo tim level competition doesn't change that.
Serie A young player of the year? UEFA U-19 team of the tournament? He's 22 and at Roma... Hardly a team capable of throphies... Yet he got them one.

Or do you want someone who's won the CL 5 times and bring back Cristiano for a salary that combines Zaniolo's salary and transfer sum? I'm curious to see names.
