Yeah I don’t think he was either.

Initially I was fooled and thought he could be a Chiellini type colossus in defence. But he revealed himself to be a pretty clumsy and much too hot-headed defender.

Di Maria is asking for a 1-year contract worth €7m/yr plus bonuses Angel wants to return to Argentina in 2023 as he doesn't want to continue playing in Europe. (Romeo Agresti)
Make it happen.

One year means there is no tax rule for foreigners applied so it's 13-14m cost. The other issue u have is that I just realized that WC is in the middle of the season - we will play 21 games before it, but will he be motivated enough for the rest? If his only goal is to prepare appropriately for the WC?

Jezus Christ... No he wants to lose every game after the WC and end without style, for sure. He's a professional...

If there is no tax break for one year we should give him a 2 year contract or nothing. I`d love us to get him for 7M but 14M is way too much...

well i didn't watch Udinese so i might be wrong , but from highlights he looks more like another Cancelo .
I havent seen much of him as well but I did catch a game here and then. Udogie seems solid defensively and can attack. Molina is giving me different vibes.
In any case - If we go for him I hope he does turns into a Cancelo rather than an Isla (even if I never liked Cancelo`s defensive abilities)

if Atalanta don't want Demiral then they will likely buy him and sell him on for profit to someone else. Some EPL side would love him i bet.
I dont think they can unless Tottenham really want him.
Im not sure his value rised so much..

wouldn't Atalanta use the option then and make the profit themselves?
Rumors suggest that there is certain percentage of future resale value with juve which has made Atlanta uncomfortable.

Juventus are in talks with Udinese for Molina and Udogie Ranocchia could be included in the deal. (Tuttosport)

Good player Ronocchia but he isnt Juve level yet and he might never be - Very good idea to trade him.

Excellent. Use him to get Koulibaly or Zaniolo
Koulibaly - YES! a very good upgrade.
Zaniolo - When he does more than he currently does I`d accept us being linked with MR. ACL..

It's hard to replace Chiello, but Koulibaly would be immense signing.

He's 30 but surely still has 4-5 years of top football in him.

He’s pretty much the ideal Chiellini replacement. Should provide 4-5 years of world class service easily. One of the few Napoli players with the right attitude and charisma to play for a big club like ours.

What if Demiral gonna stay? At least, the central defender issues solved: Bonucci, MdL, Demiral, Gatti, Rugani
Should be more than enough.
yeah, if he is really not bought then he should stay. Some of us were saying Milenkovic or Gabriel could come, Demiral is a better and younger player than both of them, so really its no brainer. Even though it probably would be better to have left footed guy like Gabriel, but its not worth the money.
