Sounds like Raspadori is going to be one of those players where after any bad game, Tuz will ask "but what IS his actual position? He's such a headache tactically." Sounds familiar...

Don't play with my heart :tuttosport:

Alex Sandro and €20M let's do it :tuttosport: :tuttosport:
Oh, I am already hating on him before he joins. You can be sure that if he joins, I will shit on him and fuck his thread up after every bad performance.

Not saying that we should build around him. Ideally we get neither, but one quick glance at their stats and Raspadori comes out on top, even compared to Traore who plays in the same position.
Zaniolo on the other hand has more cards than goals and assists combined this year, that's embarrassing for a winger. Couple that with his injury record. With the state at which our players are dropping like flies due to injuries, you can guarantee he'll spend most of his time in jmedical. Just not worth it imo. I don't understand the obsession with this guy.
Zanilo's ceiling and talent level is far beyond anything Rusty Doris can muster. I don't see any star quality or potential in Rusty Doris tbh. He just strikes me as a hard-working player with a bit of talent - nothing special. Hamed Traore was playing in midfield until January, until Sassuolo sold Boga (their de facto winger). Once Boga was sold, Traore was thrust into that role, deployed as a winger out of necessity. I don't just look at stats because they can be misleading. If I looked at Stats, Ronaldo, Messi and Lebum would be goats, but no one will ever convince me that they are.

If I judge by talent, potential and ability, Rusty Doris is the 5th best player on that Sass roster. Fratessi is a more interesting prospect, Scum-Eh-Ha-Me-Ha has greater potential, and Traore and Retardi are already better players than he is.

Mbappe, Haaland, SMS, Pogba, Bremer and Gaya 10/10 Mercato.
When are we going to South America to sell all the cocaine so we can fund this mercato?

I would also like to sign Traore, I think he fits our needs pretty well, but how is he a better player than Raspadori?

They play in the same team and Raspadori gets more minutes, scores more, and assists more. We are talking about attacking players at Sassuolo and from the 4 they play, Traore is the one least effective in front of goal. He brings other qualities that I really like and since they are all young they can grow in different directions so who knows, but atm what difference of level does Traore show to place him so highly over Raspadori?

The only player that is clearly the best in Sassuolo's attack is Berardi. The other 3 are in a similar range.

Berardi is mediocre shit. The guy can't protect a ball if his life depended on it and is incredibly predictable, I'd take Scam Caca and Rusty Doris over him.

BTW, Bianconero81, I think you are being a little dramatic, Doris looks very lively, is fast, has good technique, keeps the ball well. He's not a massive name, but I think he'll add something good to the team.
Of course, I am being a tad dramatic, and perhaps I'm resorting to hyperbole to undermine Rusty's capabilities, but I don't really see any star potential in him. He's like a Di Vaio, a Di Natale, a useful utility player coming off the bench, not someone you want to be relying on in your starting 11.
