Rudiger, raspadori, sms is an excellent mercato. Id be ecstatic.
Tbh, I wouldn't, but that's because I don't really rate Rusty Doris and I don't think the outlay is justified for Rude Girl.

SMS is someone I'm definitely on board with. Now replace Rusty with Hamed, add Zaniolo to the mix, and we have a deal.

Same here.

People sleeping on Raspadori. Imo he has a high ceiling for growth as a player and his age are a good thing imo.
He is nothing special, and he is a very average winger. We don't play with an SS, and even as an SS, He is aeons away from Dybala level (Dybala Prime at Juve and even when he first joined from Palermo). Rusty Doris is probably the 4th, if not 5th best player in Sassuolo - think about that.

Retardi, Hamed Traore, Scum-Eh-Ha-Me-Ha and potentially Fratessi are all better than him.

Look at how difficult a time this team has scoring goals or even creating goalscoring chances. SMS is not going to fix that by himself.

Yet, judging from other posts of yours I've seen, you are very much against resigning Dybala. So you would take basically the same team but replacing Dybala with Raspadori? No disrespect but that's comical. We will be a shitshow next season with that team.

raspadori could replace Kean sure but not Dybala. If Dybala leaves than someone needs to replace him in attack. SMS isn't enough alone and Raspadori is the substitute who comes on when that person is tired.

Remember Chiesa won't be back until December and then who knows what Chiesa it will be.

I believe Vlahovic can be great but he is no CR7 or Dybala. He is not going to score 30 goals per season with lame service ala Ronaldo, and he is not going to create goals out of nothing ala Dybala.

I am not shitting on Vlahovic, he will score goals if the chances are presented but he's not a one man attack.

Tu es bien gourmand toi. Why stop there why not ask for bernardo silva and barela? Look we are not getting more than 3 starters, and you working with a really limited budget even including sms is fantacalcio

Dybala is a lazy bum, and an expensive one. Raspa might not be as talented but he sure as hell will work harder and fingers crossed will be a lot more fit oh and did i mention much much cheaper, where do i sign up?
I think the point you are missing is we are in a rebuild, every year add a couple of pieces. I want to see us build a core and improve.

Gonna be difficult to continue that rebuild when the team you put out is so weak it actually might not get 4th

Have you seen sms play? If we had sms this season we would be comfortably winning serie A, that is if the butcher physios dont break him. He's the total package. A real midfield maestro.
I do want SMS but your second point is right as well. Look at our history with injuries? You really want to put all your eggs in one basket? Look at how opposing Serie A sides just know they can go in hard on juve players, all season long, with barely any consequence?

I'm confident we would have won the scudetto this season if Chiesa, Dybala and Mckennie could have stayed fit. The team you are proposing is so incredibly depedent on one player being fit to play every game next season

He doesn’t need to be better than Dybala of 8 years ago, just needs to be better and more useful than the current Dybala which he is.

The only player I’d take over him from Sassuolo is Hamed. But even then, Raspadori has a higher upside, is Italian, can play upfront on the wing and works his socks off unlike the other guys you mentioned.

We shouldn’t just stop at Raspadori obviously but if a chance is there to sign him we should.

Gimme your prefered team with the caveat being you can only add 3 starters, realistic targets of course

SMS is just too god damn expensive. His numbers are good, but so where Higuains numbers. Within a year or two you'll regret the massive transfer and have to start looking for a new midfielder again. "he isn't getting any younger" and that kind of stuff. We need to focus on a young player who can make a difference, so that if they want to move on in a couple of years we get more than what we paid for instead of the free transfer bullshit.

Well I would renew Dybala.

For my three starters: Bremer, sign a new, attacking oriented, LB (don't know LBs I'm not a scout), SMS.

Tek

Danilo - Bremer - De Ligt - LB

Locatelli - Zakaria - SMS

Dybala - Vlahovic - Church

Perin, Cuads, Gatti, Bonucci, De Sciglio, Pellegrini, Rovella, Mckennie, Fagioli, Raspadori, Morty, Kaio Jorge, probably some additional midfield/ attack jabroni who can be loaned in/ bought cheap.
