At least half the squad is soft/low IQ/injury prone/washed.

Let's do this quickly:

Szczesny - SOFT (error prone, irregular)

Bonucci - kinda washed
Rugani - kinda soft (has trouble asserting himself - has improved lately though)
Chiellini - injury prone

Sandro - washed/soft/low iq
Pellegrini - soft/low iq
De Sciglio - injury prone

Arthur - soft/low iq/injuryt prone
Rabiot - SOFT/low iq/cancer
Bernardeschi - soft/low iq
Cuadrado - kinda washed

Dybala - soft/injury prone
Morata - SOFT
Kean - soft (low engagement)/low iq

02 actions to take:

1 - Let go all the ones who have at least 2 of these characteristics combined. They are hopeless.
2 - Do not rely on the other ones - meaning, reduce their responsibility. Keep them as squad players. If they are grossly overpaid for it, let them go.
