No way, that guy is good enough for teams like Fiorentina, Lazio and below them. Theres a very good chance he could be a starter there for the next 6-7 years if he moves there. That doesnt cost 3-4m, Id value Rugani at 12-15m.

~55-60m for SMS is a good offer, I dont think he's worth more than that. Lotito can hold out for 100m offer or whatever, but thats never going to come.

It’s been said on a few occasions in the past that Lazio/Sarri are fans of Fagioli, I can see him being involved in a deal tbh and I really don’t like it. I hate the idea of using what is probably our only HG player that has a shot of making it with us in the last decade as a bargaining chip.

I much prefer that we try for SMS but only with the likes of Rugani, Rabiot. Beans should 100% be off the table.

it's just the starting offer else Lotito will ask 80-100m which everybody refused to pay in the past years.
You start low to reach a decent agreement.
My guess is we'll close with 55-60+Rugani if possible

But still I'm in panic mode.
Our squad is highly incomplet we still have to get rid of some people (Arthur and Rabiot+McKennie)
We still need a LW like Kostic a reserve for Vlahovic. Getting Milinkovic Savic since Pogba will be off for 4-5months
and Paredes.

Giving we won't go for a high profile left winger and don't have money for another good defender.
