I am so confused why we're bashing on the only good midfielder we have right now. Despite the circumstances, he's been one of the few players to do well this season. Maybe he's not as good as Marchisio or others we've had yet, but why write him off already?

Hungry and young players are limited to Milan rejects? Admittedly I didn't follow his progression at Sass, but he doesn't seem like a hot commodity.

Milan reject? They sold him when he was very young. Besides, since when Milan is considered a benchmark for youngsters or good/bad players in general? Over there everyone is shit.

Current Locatelli reminds me a bit of our own Bentancur. Stronger but less mobile. Decent vision, passing, uses both feet. Good defensively, his presence in front of the defense would be good to have. Similar to Bentancur vs Pjanic. For rotation purposes, such a player with low wages but already experienced in Serie A is exactly what we need.

Yes I think the same. For some time now it’s obvious that Rakitic will leave Barca, but if he plays instead of a younger and better Arthur imo it’s pretty clear that they’re working him out. There are continuous reports that the swap is still on in Italian media.

A few weeks ago I didn’t believed in the possibility of him arriving but I’m changing my mind.
