Berna and Rabiot are definitely on it :D :p

I keed. I don't think Lyon would accept that deal. They probably want 40-45 million cash. I hope Tootsie doesn't fuck this up.
Considering options and opportunities - Aouar seems like one of the best options out there.

I hope Kulusevski lives up to the hype as I think our attacking trio could get seriously upgraded should we get someone who is both talented and consistent!

Enjoy being a father :) It's far more important than wasting time on Juve :D

Hope you're enjoying time with your newborn.

Pjanic is a very talented player, no one can deny that. I have always said he was used better at Roma than under allegri or Sarri for that matter. Don't be surprised if Pjanic joins barca and regains his Roma form...clearly underperforming now due to tactical issues.

Happy to use him in a deal for Arthur for example..time to rebuild and we have a lot of bait at the moment. The hardest thing for us are the number of changes and additions required for midfield. Almost seems impossible to revamp the midfield as much as we need.

Besides bentancur I think every other midfielder is bait this summer.

Feck Arthur, who isn't even a starter in his 2nd year. We should press for De Jong in this Barcelona riddled with internal problems. Might not have a chance once the club steps on their feet, although atm that seems a big if.

Aouar for Matuidi and some of Lapo's monthly allowance is a great deal too. I don't know what Agnelli did to Lyon's president, cause I can't imagine them not having any other offers.

Are we linked to a bomber or do we keep Pippita for his swan song? Hope we don't have a fat, tardy bird after the COVID break, like last pre-season.

Aouar
Arthur
Zaniolo
Kuluveski (already confirmed)

Tici has his flaws but I cannot fault him for the type of players he appears to be targeting this mercato: young and technically proficient.

I have seen people bringing up de Jong more often, which I don’t understand. It would be equal in asking van Dijk or Mbappé. It is simply not going to happen.
I know this is the summer Mercato thread, but if you are talking about a transfer that might happen (based on what we know the clubs want and the player’s status at the club) then it makes no sense in telling we should go for another player with totally different status and is highly unrealistic.
What would even be the point in discussing it even?

@FlavioJuve

People bring De Jong, because he is far from unrealistic. He might be difficult and expensive, but we are Juventus, not Lecce(with all due respect). Our policy is get the best and he is better than what we have. As for Van Dijk or Mbappe - they are not unrealistic, just at a price where it makes no sense.

What price do you think we can get de Jong for?
I don’t think Barcelona will want to sell the hottest midfield prospect for years to come that they have forked out 75M for last year for less than double that amount.
I doubt we have that money, making this equally unrealistic as a van Dijk or Mbappé
