Well Arthur didn't play yesterday in first 11.
Maybe it is because of injury , or maybe because he talked with Setien about transfer concidering that even himself Setien said that.

Juve is more interested in swap then Barcelona.
I think Barca is okay with transfer but Arthur is not.

On the other hand we have Juve and Pjanic wanting transfer.

Let's be realistic.

Real Madrid,Barcelona,Man United,Bayern then Juventus in terms biggest clubs in the world.

In terms of most valuable and richest.
Barcelona,Real...Juve is on 10. place.

Check facts and be realistic.

Commerical and financial standings don't directly correlate to on the field success - i.e. desirable destinations to play. In fact that notion is outdated and a venn-diagram would indicate that there is no direct overlap.

See Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham

If you ask me about a number, I'd say 10-20% around the 75M they paid for him. And, yes, Barcelona sources have debunked any speculation. I tend to believe things are not as simple and rosy, especially in Barcelona midfield. A lot of people not happy with their squad status and a potential Messi the midfielder years to come. On the other hand - all of them are on a lucrative deals, Barcelona needs a shiny new 100M forward toy, praying its more successful than the last 3.

Add to this mess the internal struggles which encompass everyone from player through management and shareholder. Did I say that Barcelona is broke? The city todo.

Also unrealistic as Mbappe - come on, now. Players like Messi, Mbappe are a mission statement from the club. We got CR7 and I can guarantee you that if we offer half his salary De Jong's agent will call a terrorist organization to get him here if need be.

As for how much money we've got - it depends on what the plans are in our owners. If they want to be agressive, get more branding, increase income and so forth - they need that elusive CL. A bunch of them in fact. One cannot buy luck(occasional refs at best), but can players.
De Jong almost all matched (although not in his favoured position) and is one of few players in Barcelona that don’t receive criticism. Perhaps you are not aware of the appeal (and honour) playing for Barca has on many Dutch players (due to history - Cruyff).
Even if we were to off half CR’s salary, he would make the same as he does now if you include bonuses. That’s hardly a trigger to get him here.
Add to that the fact we cannot pay your claimed 75M +10%/20% and the fact that I do believe that Barcelona is building a team more or less around de Jong, which is probably something that has been talked to him in his contract negotiations, makes this not realistic (as you mention for Mbappé).
There is only one reason that favour us over Barcelona: Matthijs de Ligt.
I don’t know much about this internal mess and the club (or City??) being broke. But, after Messi, de Jong is probably the last person they want to sell. Even if they need to raise money for new players, there are plenty they will try to sell first.
