there were rumors about costa having this couple of weeks left of the league to convince the club that he can actually make himself available. juventus played 37 games this season, and costa started 6 league + 2 cup games. i know his potential, but he's hardly indispensable for the club i guess.

just to throw in an other bullshit we can choke on: we suggested a rugani + berna <-> zaniolo swap, but roma refused as they want money. something we don't have at the moment. :boh:
I refuse to believe we don't have any funds. That's terrible planning on our part. I understand not wanting to spend the cash on Zaniolo because we have it saved for some other player, but not having any money?

The Triumvirate of Ultimate Fuckery should be lynched in a public square for wasting funds on superfluous purchases and giving them insane wages.

Multiple swap deals between Juve and Roma?
By Football Italia staff

Juventus are, according to Tuttosport, prepared to offer Federico Bernardeschi and Daniele Rugani for Nicolò Zaniolo, but Roma want cash.
The newspaper has claimed the Bianconeri sporting director Fabio Paratici and Giallorossi CEO Guido Fienga met to discuss possible exchange deals this summer.
Cristian Romero, Bernardeschi, Rugani and Rolando Mandragora have been put on the plate by Juventus, who are looking at Bryan Cristante, Cengiz Under, Justin Kluivert and Zaniolo.
The latter remains at the top of the wish list and Juventus have tried to lure the young Italy international, currently working on his recovery after suffering an ACL rupture against the Old Lady in January.
Roma have, according to the newspaper, asked for €60m for Zaniolo, something that could slow down the operation for Juventus, who were hoping to convince the Giallorossi by offering two players.
Juventus can buy back Mandragora from Udinese for €26m and seem willing to use the Udinese midfielder in a trade with Roma for Cristante and the report claims the two clubs remain in touch to reach a potential agreement later this month.
Romero and Under could both be valued at €30m and both parties are reportedly satisfied with the two youngsters swapping clubs.
Tuttosport expects further updates on the meeting between Paratici and the Giallorossi CEO in the coming days.

More then we need Romero, potential good young backup winger for straight swap for 6th CB (nice talent slowed down by injuries). The current economics forcing trades is main or only reason why it seems, and Roma being desperate to get funds.

Between Under and Kluivert prefer the turk.
I know i know. Their meh players could be of more use than our meh players, but ultimately still underwhelming kind of transfers. Ideally i'd like to not bring in meh players, not even with a straight swap. But it's all to cook the books anyway.

Oh I dont disagree, fairly meh or underwhelming names. But as s4tch says, most of these are book entries and wont play for the club. Only opportunistic cheap depth signing that might play for us is Under, I would get why they would do it, if we cant outright sign another winger and focusing funds on other positions etc.
