About Werner:

"The Mirror claims this evening that Liverpool are refusing to go above €35m."

 only ever overpay for britbong players i guess.
If its true then we should definitely pounce!

I had 5% hope for Verratti like I do every summer. Thanks for the kiss of death Marky Mark
Why do you want Verratti that much? I mean he is a great player when fit but how often that happens?
Straight swap with Verratti is not going to happen as PSG will not allow it..
Icardi seems close to PSG so I guess it will be a Pjanic Icardi swap which is a good swap for us considering what we get for Pjanic who is basically done here but I really dont want third class players anymore - I want us to get the best!

P.S the reason I call Icardi as 3rd class is since I rate it:
1st class - Ronaldo Messi
2nd class - Other very good players like Mbappe Neymar KDB Pogba Lewandowski Werner Suarez (although he declined) and other very good players
3rd class - Great players who lack some important things in order to make the leap to the 2nd class - Icardi for example who is more of a finish type of player rather than helps with his passing skills. Halland is also there but its only because he is young and there is another thing he needs to improve (Honestly cant point it out but its like something you see but cant really describe in words).
Other 3rd class players are SMS (needs to move to a bigger team to prove better class) and also super talented players who have terrible attitude such as O.Dembele

Werner is not in 2nd class! You are seriously overrating him. Icardi has done more than Werner in his career so far.

What is our budget?

Tonali: 1 year left on contract, Brescia who go down to Serie B.
Van de Beek: end of contract 2022, the player wants to leave
Aouar: Lyon with the absence of a european cup next year is seller, the club needs money.
See that's the thing, i doubt we have any or very little at most, i see players getting acquired via trades

Yeah. Mane and Salah are in that 2nd tier. Aguero as well. Werner is probably lower end of the 3rd tier at present. You can't have a player who's barely done shit in the upper echelons of the footballing elite.
I accept your analysis regarding Werner and definitely agree about Mane Salah and Aguero - I was only mentioning few players and not the entire tier..
Werner will go into that 2nd tier once he moves to a bigger club though..

yeah, i know

honestly, i expect a shitty, underwhelming mercato. we'd desperately need some youth in key positions, but look at this:

Clipboard01.png

only 3 of our 10 most played guys are under 30. it's probably the oldest juve squad i can remember, and without serious investment, we can only bring in shitty young players. regardless whether we win the league this year, we'll shit bricks next term with all these veterans starting every game, even if we replace pjanic with a slightly younger player, and give much more minutes to bentancur and demiral.
