He would be a solid starter for us but he's not nearly enough we need another quality player to complement our midfield beside him and Bentancur. The other problem is his injury proneness.

Willian for free as a backup wouldn't be that bad. Id rather this than splasing 50m on Chiesa who wont start anyway. Plus we need to spend money on midfielders first, then a RB/RWB second. Splashing money on a winger shouldnt be our priority.

I want a versatile midfield next season, guys who can do both. Like Real Madrid's that won 3 CL's in a row. A midfield that could defend, pass, score and create with good work rate. No more specialists like Matuidi or Pjanic. The idea that you can man mark Pjanic and have no alternatives is so dumb.

Pogba and Bentancour are a good start. The ideal candidate would be Ramsey to complete the midfield, but obviously questions in regards to his fitness.
